1.Save the following image to your hard disk

2.Open the image with photoshop.
3. Duplicate layer using menu Layer => Duplicate Layer.
4. Use Filter -->> Blur -->> Gaussian Blu

5.Set the radius to 5.0.

6.Change the layer type to Hard light as you can see in the image below.

7. See the final result.
