You can Upgrade to build 3 from any previous versions of XP!
Instructions is give in to the ISO that how to install...and CD-Key is also given in it ( no need of CD-key if you are booting DVD from BIOS )!
Some applications need to be manually edited after install...others are given in "PATCHES" folder of DVD!
Some ppl faced slow Installation ....but it is due to decompression of over 1 GB data..so dont mind it!! You need just 128 MB ram with celeron level processors to run this !!
